π How to Return a Product
Step 1: Click on the “Initiate Return” button below to start your return process.
Step 2: Once your return request is received, a case ticket will be generated. Our support team will review and guide you through the process. You can choose from the following refund options:
Bank Transfer (for COD orders)
Payment Gateway Refund (for prepaid orders)

π¦ Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer and can be reimbursed via a gift card (up to βΉ50 per item, max βΉ150 per order). Please email your courier receipt to care@vintique.com for reimbursement.
Step 3: Weβll provide the return shipping address. Kindly return the item in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact. Bubble wrap fragile items to avoid damage. Email the tracking number to care@vintique.com once shipped.
