Step 2: Once your return request is received, a case ticket will be generated. Our support team will review and guide you through the process. You can choose from the following refund options:

Step 3: We’ll provide the return shipping address. Kindly return the item in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact. Bubble wrap fragile items to avoid damage.
