I don’t have a GST number. Can I still buy from Vintique Wholesale?

Yes, you can. While having a GST number is recommended for resale and tax compliance, it’s not mandatory for becoming a Vintique wholesale customer. However, we advise consulting a tax professional if your business turnover exceeds government-mandated limits.

Can I sell Vintique products on online marketplaces?

No, resale of Vintique products on third-party marketplaces (like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) is not allowed unless authorized in writing. However, you are free to sell on your own website, social media pages, offline store, or via personal business channels.

Will each product come in a box?

Yes, upon request, we can pack individual products in Vintique-branded corrugated cardboard boxes. You may request this during checkout or by emailing us.

What kind of profit margin can I expect?

Vintique offers wholesale and bulk pricing that allows you to maintain healthy margins. Your exact profit depends on your pricing model, sales strategy, and local market.

Can I return unsold items?

Our wholesale sales are final. However, we allow returns of up to 20% of your total purchase (within 45 days of purchase). The refund will be issued only as a credit note, which you can use for future orders.

Can I buy for personal use?

No. The Vintique Wholesale Program is strictly for resale purposes. If you’re looking to buy Vintique products for personal use, please shop through our main store at www.vintique.in.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are usually processed within 48 hours of receiving payment.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, shipping within India is free for all wholesale orders. For international orders, shipping rates will vary based on weight and destination.

Can international buyers place orders?

Absolutely. We ship globally and welcome international buyers to become a part of the Vintique Wholesale Program.

What are the eligibility criteria to join the wholesale program?

You should either be:

• A retailer or reseller with an operational store (online/offline), or
• A wholesaler or distributor who can demonstrate a reselling business channel.

How can I make payment?

Once your order is approved, we’ll email you a payment link. Accepted payment methods include:

• Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking
• UPI or Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS)
• Cash on Delivery (COD) – available in selected areas and subject to approval based on order history.

Can I rebrand and sell Vintique products under my own brand?

No. Products purchased under the Vintique Wholesale Program must be sold as Vintique-branded items only.
