At Vintique, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our artificial jewellery. We offer a 6-month warranty on all Vintique products purchased from our official website or authorized retail partners.

What Our Warranty Covers

Our warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material defects

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Damage from accidental drops or misuse
  • Natural wear and tear
  • Tarnishing due to improper care
  • Unauthorized repair attempts
  • Modification or exposure to chemicals

How Will Your Issue Be Handled?

If your jewellery is found to be defective under this warranty, we will (at our discretion):

  1. Replace it with the same product (if available), or
  2. Exchange it with a similar product of comparable value, or
  3. Repair it, depending on the damage level and availability of parts.

How to Avail the Warranty?

To make your jewellery eligible for warranty:

  1. Fill the Warranty Registration Form (available below) within 5 days of purchase/delivery.
  2. Ship the damaged item to our address with original packaging and purchase proof (invoice, order ID, or delivery slip).

Shipping charges (to us) must be borne by the customer. Return shipping (from us) is free.

Important Notes:

  • Keep your invoice/order ID safe — it’s required for all claims.
  • Unregistered products will not be eligible for warranty service.
  • Vintique reserves the right to update this policy without notice.
